Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you are unable to keep your reservation please read carefully the following cancellation and refund policy:
 
A 10% deposit is required on all reservations.  Wilmac Tours, Inc. will provide a full refund on any reservation cancelled within 48 hours on the Motor Coach portion of all reservations.
 
  1. 1) Cancellations made within 21 days of departure will be charged $50.00 processing fee.
  2. 2) Cancellations made between 14-20 days of departure will be charged 25% of the total cost
  3. of the Motor Coach portion of the reservation.

  5. 3) Cancellations made between 8 -13 days of departure will be charged 50% of the total cost of the Motor Coach portion of the reservation.
            4) Cancellations made 2-7 days will be charged 75% of the Motor Coach portion of the
            reservation.
  1. 5) No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours before the scheduled departure time on the reservation.  Customer is responsible to pay the entire remaining balance less the different of any deposits made or applied to such reservation.

All cancellation and refunds of deposits are firm and shall apply to all customers with the exception of customers that are in the Wilmac Star Travel Program.  Star members are identified as members who have booked more than 5 paid reservations with Wilmac Tours and are not involved in any disputes or litigation with company.  Management deserves full right, authority and discretion to access, charge, or waive any cancellation charges, refund deposits, and even extend reservation cut-off time as it chooses with or without outside influence.
