Share-A-Plan is a convenient way to travel on our Motorcoaches without having to worry about not being able to fill the bus with just your group. In the past if you had a small group the cost-per-seat ("cps") was just to expensive and you were left with only one option if you wanted affordable travel, CANCEL. Now with our new product Share-A-Plan you don't have to cancel.
Through Share-A-Plan you can still reach your destination at an affordable price.
How does it work? Its' quite simple. If your group averages 10-15 passengers we will simply add 2-3 extra groups going to the same destination. In this way we are able to keep the cps to a modest an affordable price by dividing the cps among all the groups sharing the bus. For example: Let's say you have 15 people in your group and another group has 37. This will allow Wilmac Tours to completely fill a 52 passenger Motor Coach and both groups get the benefit of a lower cps rate. Perhaps there are three groups of 17 plus or four groups of 10, well you have the picture. Share-A-Plan works!
The beauty of Share-A-Plan is that all the groups do not have to be in the same place or city, as long as, the groups are en route to the final travel destination. For example; Let's say the final destination is Cedar Point, Sandusky, Ohio. Wilmac Tours main hub is Detroit, Michigan, therefore, we will pick up the first group in proximity to Wilmac and then the second group and third group etc. en route to the final destination.
Please complete the Group Travel form. Upon receipt of your Group Travel Form Wilmac will confirm with you in a timely manner when all the groups are filled. You will receive via email a confirmation and the cps rate for your scheduled tour.
